Affair Schedule

 

  Friday July 17th, 2015

 

 There are no official plans on friday so feel free to visit the sights of Columbus if you're traveling from out of town or enjoy some relaxing time in the hotel pool.
 

 While in the hotel I'm sure you'll see alot of the authors hanging out and don't be shy, come say hi!

 

  Saturday July 18

 

 Book Signing-(11am to 3pm)

 

1) All attendees must have printed ticket  to enter.

 

2) Raffle tickets will be sold at start of event and during with multiple giftbaskets up for grabs so don't miss out.

 

3) You can bring books from your favorite authors to sign or purchase from their table as they will all have books available for sale.

 

4) Most authors will be accepting credit cards but not all so come prepared with some cash.

  After Party (7pm-Midnight)

 

 Whimsical fairy tales is the theme this year so dress in your finest and funnest attire and that includes fairy wings! You can order them online at Amazon as well as other online retailers. If you're not feeling fairies, show up in what ever makes you comfortable.

 

 7pm Please bring your printed ticket for entrance. You'll be given a wrist band to come and go all night.

 Hor d'oeuvres will be provided along with a candy bar and cash bar.

 DJ will be playing jams while you have a chance to mingle with readers, bloggers, authors and friends.

 Make sure to vist the step & repeat for some snap shots.

 

 8pm Author Awards Ceremony
